Gringo del Sol (also known as Perlair) draws inspiration from the sounds of jazz, global groove, disco, and electronic music. He is currently working on his debut album while curating the music program at Les Caves du Cep in Vevey. Gringo del Sol also played a key role in the creation of the Les Disques du bord de l’eau label and its radio station, based in Sierre, the birthplace of the Weekend au bord de l’eau festival. He created the Bal du Ruisseau, one-off events that combine the elegance of the Bal with the vibrant atmosphere of daytime clubbing.
